As people age, the effects of gravity, sun exposure and environmental stresses can cause wrinkled and creased skin on the face, neck or forehead. Fat deposits and folds may also develop around the jaws and jowls. While facial surgery won’t stop the aging process, in many cases it can “turn back the clock”.
